Cwac Cwac's Juniors - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Cwac Cwac's Juniors! We are delighted to have you and your child join our swimming lessons. Please take a moment to read through our Terms & Conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.




1. Payments & Booking

  • All lesson fees must be paid in advance to secure your child’s space.
  • To avoid platform fees, we encourage payment via bank transfer to the following details:

  • Sort Code: 231185
  • Account Number: 44912306
  • Reference: Your child's full name
  • If paying via our online system, please note that platform fees apply, which go directly to the payment provider and not to Cwac Cwac’s Juniors.
  • Spaces are non-transferable and cannot be reserved without payment.
  • Invoices must be paid before the deadline stated on your invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in the loss of your space.



2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Once payment is made, it is non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the lessons.
  • If you miss a session, we do not offer refunds or catch-ups.
  • In the event of pool closure due to maintenance, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will add an additional session to the term or provide a suitable alternative.
  • If your child can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible, so we can offer the space to another child. We do not offer refunds if you choose to leave mid-term.



3. Class Policies

  • All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult for drop-off and collection.
  • Appropriate swimwear must be worn, including swim nappies for children not fully toilet trained.
  • Goggles are optional but may be beneficial for some children.
  • Parents/guardians are not permitted to enter the pool unless specifically required.
  • Our instructors will ensure a safe and positive learning environment at all times.



4. Health & Safety

  • If your child is feeling unwell, has an infectious condition, or has had sickness/diarrhoea within the last 48 hours, please do not attend the lesson.
  • If your child has any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs, please inform us upon booking.
  • All swimming lessons are conducted following strict safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of all participants.
  • A qualified pool responder will always be on-site for safety reasons.



5. Photography & Social Media

  • We may occasionally take photographs/videos during lessons for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be included, please inform us in writing.
  • Parents are not permitted to take photos/videos during lessons without prior approval.



6. Contact & Communication

  • All updates and lesson information will be sent via email, so please ensure your contact details are correct.
  • Please check your emails regularly, as important information regarding lesson changes, closures, and term dates will be communicated this way.
  • If you have any questions, please reach out via email or phone, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
